Self-serve stations with attendant carving for high guest counts. Fully equipped setup with chafing, serving staff, and cleanup.

Whole-Animal Smoke. Lodge-Grade Service.

Every booking includes whole-animal smoked protein selected to your guest count, on-site carving or buffet configuration, and a service team trained for event-scale precision.

Wood type and smoke time are adjusted for altitude and venue — we don't deliver food, we run an operation. Your guests sit down to the same standard at 5,000 feet as at sea level.
